Invicta Holdings Limited’s specialist automotive division has recently been restructured, with the establishment of Universal Parts Group (UPG) comprising Autobax, Driveshaft Parts and IMEXPART UK, which was acquired in July 2023.
Automotive and heavy-duty after-market specialists, UPG, has consolidated its local operations into one highly efficient facility in each major centre - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban. The company supplies parts for passenger cars, light commercial, heavy-duty, off-highway and agricultural vehicles and also supports heavy-duty vehicles used in industrial sectors, including steel mills, paper mills and marine.
This streamlined operation offers a broad product offering of quality branded components in Southern Africa, the United Kingdom, Poland and Ukraine.

What we do
UPG distributes both automotive, agricultural & heavy duty parts from leading international manufacturers into the OE and aftermarkets in the countries we serve. From wheel bearing kits and timing components to driveshafts and allied products, our range offering is considerable.
We are passionate about supplying quality components from top brands like Europart, STC, Shimizu, Timken, NTN, MRK, NSK, Tirsan, Gomet, Pivotal, Walterscheid, APG, and Spicer. We’re also the sole distributor of Gates automotive belts in Africa.
Leveraging owned-distribution centers with warehouses in Africa and Europe – equipped with high-tech inventory management and dispatching systems, our diverse team are customer-focused, committed and always willing to offer friendly expertise, advice and assistance.
